A RESOLUTION APPOINTING W. R. JAMES AS COMMISSION,R IN SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 116.
WHEREAS, J. W. tillen, a Commissioner of Sewer
improvement District No. 116 has sold his property
and removed from the District and desires to be re-
leased from his duties as commissioner, and
WHEREAS, the remaining commissioners have rec-
ommended the appointment of Mr. R. James, a resi-
dent and property owner in the district,
Therefore, the City Council doth hereby appoint
W. R. James as a member of the Board of Improvement
of Sewer Improvement )istrict No. 116.
