1643 RESOLUTION NO. 1643.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY C: ERK TO LEASE TO TILE
LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL BOARD CERTAIN PROPERTY IN FAIR PARK, FORMERLY
LEASED TO THE NATIONAL YOUTH ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heretofore leased
certain premises in Fait Perk to the National Youth Admin-
istration, which premises have been improved by the
National Youth Administration, and
WHEREAS, the National Youth Administration is now being termina-
ted, and
?1N EREAS, Said Premises and the improvements thereon have been
made available to the Little Rock .School SBoard, NOW THEREFORE,
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1.The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to lease to the
Little lock School Board, on terms acceptable to the saidMAyor
and City Clerk, the premised formerly leased to the rational
Youth Administration, said lease to be for the present
national emergency and six months after the termination of
said emergency; provided, however, that any lease executed under
t e authority of this resolution shall not conflict in any
fashion with any other lease now outstanding.
