SECTION. 1. In view of the crowded transportation
facilities brought about by the present Wor? d tar, and
in view of the many additional street car and bus riders
now using the facilities of the Ca tt Transportation
Company, ,nr in view of tl,e many problems, racial as
well as others, brought about by said conditions, The

employ additional conductors and operators to be
stationed on the rear end of street cars and busses
during the periods of peak loads so that e-e-- t conf ,lion,
