CUTS IN THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES;
RESOLUTION NO. 1b22
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTIOA. l : The City Collector is hereby instructed to credit into
the Street Fund those payments made to the City for the replacement
of paving where the paving has been cut for the purposes of repair
or installation or any servicing of utilities .
SECTION 2 : The City Engineer is instructed to furnish to the
City Collector a copy of the billing on all items of corporations
replacement cuts .
