A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF A CERTAIN AREA ON THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF ADAMS FIELD OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BY THE
QUARTERMASTER MOTOR SUPPLY DEPOT OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY DURING
THE PERIOD OF THE NATIONAL EMERGENCY, BUT SPECIFICALLY NOT AUTHOR-
IZING A LEASE FOR SUCH PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLV 'D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS .
Section 1 . Permission is Mtreby given to the Quartermaster
Motor Supply Depot of the United States Army for the duration of
the present emergency to use that triangular portion of property
now owned by the city and situated at the northeast corner of
Adams Field which is not at this time under fence .
Section 2 . Permission is specifically not granted for
any structures or improvements to be erected on the property but
it may be used as a parking area.
Section 3. This resolution specifically does not contain
authority for a lease between the city and the United States for
the use of the property but is permissive only.
