WHEREAS, the United States of America has established the
Office of Civilian Defense, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that the City of Little Rock
cooperate wholeheartedly with the functioning of the Office
of Civilian Defense, now T='EREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED T'-E CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCS', ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little

yRock, Arkansas , are hereby authorized and requested to
lease to the Arkansas Wing of the Civil Air Patrol of the

Office of Civilian Defense Room Number Two( 2) of the

Administration Building now Located at the Little Rock
Uunicipal Airport without cost to the Civil Air Patrol ,
said lease to be at the will of either party, and said
lease areement to provide that the Civil Air Patrol shall
vacate said ;remises when notified by ten days written
notice directed to the Wing Commander of the Arkansas
VTing of the Civil Air Patrol.
