WREREAS, the Board of Improvement of Street
Improvement District No.. 550 of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
has filed its first and final Report of the affairs of
the District since its completion, and it appearing there-
from that all assessments were fully paid in cash, leaving
no delinquincies ; that no bonds were issued and none are
• outstanding; that all debts of the district have been paid
and none are outstanding.; and that the improvement has been
satisfactorily completed and refund made of the remaining
cash on hand to the property owners ; NOT TE"EREFOFE,
BE IT RESPLV D BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0'= LIB LE POCK,
ARKANSAS : That said Report be and the same is hereby
approved in all respects , and confirmed; that the Commissioners
James IV . Coates , Joseph M. Beck, and O. C . Nelson, and the
Assessors Ray P. Sanders , Rex C . Hall, and P. Hendon Murray,
be and they are hereby discharged and released from all
further obligation and duties ; and that the District be and
it is hereby dissolved.
