BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
The provisions of Section 4 of Ordinance 4509 are hereby waived to
permit W. H. Caple and Myrtle B. Cagle to construct a filling station within
Five and One-half (51) feet of the north property line of Lot Fourteen (14),
Block Four (4) , Riffle Rhoten Ridgeland Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized and instructed to issue
a permit to allow construction of the filling station in the manner set out
above.
