1603 RESOLUTION NO. 1603.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
ENTER INTO A LEASE WITH THE AMERICAN AIRLIN S , INC . ,
FOR A CAFE, KITCHEN AND STORER-)OM IN THE ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and empowered to ter into and execute a lease
with the American Airlines, Inc. for certain space in the
Administration Building at the Little Rock ,Munieipal
Airport to be used as a cafe, kitchen and storeroom.
Section 2. A copy of the proposed lease as
negotiated by the Airport Committ,: e is here presented
and is hereby approved.
