1600 RESOLUTION NO. 1600
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF LTTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
enter into a lease agreement with the United States of
America whereby certain premised located in the Little Rock
Municipal Airport are leased for a term beginning November
1, 1941 , and ending June 30, 1942 , the premises to be leased
being more r?articularly described as follows, to wit:
One room, dimensions 34 feet , six inches by 24
feet six inches , less offset five feet two inches by
five feet seven inches, and two adjoining rooms XX
of dimensions nine feet eight inches by nine feet
ten inches and eleven feet ten inches by ten XXXX
s feet , comprising a total of 1030 square feet
of the floor space , said rooms being located on the
• east and north sides of the second floor of the
new Administration Building, Municipal Air-;ort,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
