1599 RESOLUTION NO. 1599
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City ClerX are hereby
authorized to enter into a lease agreement with the United
States of America, whereby certain premises located in the
Little Rock Municipal Airport are leased for a term beginning
November 1 , 1941 and ending June 30, 1942 , the premises
to be leased being more particularly described as follows:
One room , dimensions 26 feet six inches by 1S feet ,
six inches and adjoining room of dimensions 13
feet , eleven inches by 9 feet ten inches , comprising
a total of 627 square feet of floor space , said
rooms located on the south and west sides of the
second floor of the new Administration Building ,
Municipal Airport , Little Rock , Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
