1598 RESOLUTION NO. 1598
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO ENTER
INTO A LEASE AGREEIT WITH THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY MR THE
RELOCATION OF FACILITIES AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT FOR THE DISPENSING OF GASOLINES AND OILS , AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are It reby
authorized to enter into a lease agreement with the Standard
Oil Company of Louisiana on the terms and conditions hereto-
fore agreed on by the Airport Committee and the Standard Oil
Company of Louisiana , all as set out in a letter from the
Standard Oil Company of Louisiana , which letter is dated
September S , 1941 and this day filed in the office of the
City Clerk.
