RESOLUTION NO. 1592
A RESOLUTION GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR LAYING, MAINTAING, RE-
PLACING ANDPROTECTING A CERTAIN PIPELINE ACROSS
PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK KNO3N AD THE
WELL FIELD.
WHEREAS, the United States of hmerica has requested
and obtained permission from the City of Little hock to lay a
pipeline for the conveyance of water from the filtration plant
in theCity of Little Rock to Camp Robinson; and
WHEREAS, said pipeline has been laid in accordance
with the permission so obtained and the United States now de-
sires that a formal easement be granted to it evidencing the
permission granted; and
WHEREAS, it seems right and proper that the City of
Little Rock should grant to the United States an easement for
this purpose : NOW, UdEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Charles L. iv-oyer, Mayor of the City
of Little Rock, be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to
execute an easement to the United States of America conveying
full right to lay, maintain , operate and protect its pipeline
across the property of the City of Little Rock, described as
follows :
Southeast quarter of Section 32, T2N , R12W;
Southeast Quarter, Northeast quarter and
Northwest Quarter of Section 29, T2N, R12;
Southwest Quarter of Section 20, T2N, R12W.
That H. C. Graham be and he is hereby authorized to attest the
signature of the Mayor to said easement and to affix the seal of
the City of Little Rock as evidence of its authenticity. Both
the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to
acknowledge said easement in proper form to make same admissible
upon the recorder' s records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
