RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET II1)ROVELIENT DISTRICT NO. 559
TEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 559 have made due report to the City Council that
they have qualified for office and have organized, have formed
plans for their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof
to be within the limit allowed by law, and have recoimnended the
appointment of Charles H. Reeves , 1 rrs . ar_cy Strickland ,
and Robert L. iallian , all duly qualified electors of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in
said district.
NOW, 'i'i-3 R: FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Charles H.
beeves , L1rs . Nancy Strickland , and Robert L.
illi�an , be and they are hereby elected as assessors for
Street Improvement District No. 559 of the City of Little Rock,
and they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess
the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other
tract of land within said district by reason of the proposed
improvement.
