RESOLUTION No. 1587
WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Street Improve-
ment District No. 562 of Little Rock, Arkansas , has filed its
Report, together with an estimate of the cost of the improvement
contemplated in said district, and it appearing therefrom that
the estimated cost of the construction of said improvement, ex-
clusive of interest on borrowed money, is the sum of $2,600.00,
being less thatL 40% of the assessed value of the realproperty
in the district as shown by the last Cou4ty assessment;
NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
of Little Rock, Arkansas : that said Report be and the same
is hereby approved and that the making of the assessment for
said improvement be undertaken and that A. A. Hunter, W. G.
Wipperman, and Y. r. Romich, each of whom is a resident of
the District and an elector of the City of Little Rock, be
and they are hereby appointed as assessors for said district
to assess the benefits to be received by each lot or block or
other subdivision of lands, railroad right-of-way, in said
District, by reason of the proposed local improvement therein.
