RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS

WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. oU4D have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment of

d&,SiisE4I t .2APJD`-c , all duly qualified electors of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in
said district.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that C 1 J'K4/g(J,EI ,

be and they are hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement
District No. 6--. 0 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess the bene-
fits to be received by each and every lot or other tract of land
within said district by reason of the proposed improvement .
