RESOLUTION NO. 1570.
RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IMPROVE NT DISTRICT NO. 551
EEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 551 have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be with-
in the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment
of Billie L. !±,fit»chr =� , John t tkirls , and
Roscoe Trotter , all duly qualified electors of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Billie L. Murnhree
John Atkins , and Roscoe Trotter , be and they
are hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement District
No. 551 of the City of Little Rock, and they are directed to take
the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received by
each and every lot or other tract of land within said district
by reason of the proposed improvement.
