Improvement D'i s t r- c t .:o. 534 of the City of Little Rock, Ark

ansas, have filed their amended report of the estimated cost
of the ini rovement petitioned for in .anex 1'o. 2 in said dis-
trict; and have ascertained the cost in their amended report
will be =;;1100.00, which is less than 40772 of the value of the
real property in the district' s said annex, as showm by the
last county assess_lent .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLTTTD, that the amended re-
port of said Commissioners be approved and the Commissioners
directed to ,roceed with the completion of the said nex To.
