RESOLUTION H:I,ECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IL ROVEL T DISTRICT NUIZER 556.
WHEREAS , the Commissioners of Street Improvement
District Number S•S have made due report to the City
Council that they have qualified for office and have organ-
ized, have formed plans for the improvement , and have es-
timated the cost thereof to be within the limits allowed by
law, and have recommended the appointment of G. C . Joiner,
A. W. Sloss and A. D. Valentine , all duly qualified electors
of Little Rock, Yrkansas , as assessors to assess the benefits
in said District ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , That G. C . Joiner,
A. W. Sloss and A. D. Valentine be and they are hereby
elected as assessors for Street Improvement District Number
,rj$ p__ of the City of Little Rock; and that they are directed
to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be
received by each and every lot or other tract of land within
said District by reason of the proposed improvement.
