1565 RESOLUTION NO. 1565.
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE A
BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 624 ROCK
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUwNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . The City Engineer is hereby directed and
instructed to issue a building permit to allow the erection
of a garage and servants quarters at 624 Rock Street in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said property being described
as follows, to wit:
The South Thirty Seven and One Half
Feet of Lot Seven ( 7) , Block Forty
One (41) , Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. In issuing t1-e permit mentioned in Section 1 of
this resolution , the City Engineer is further instructed to
waive the five foot set-back requirement , provided that all
fire code regulations are carefully observed.
