RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR STREET

Whereas the commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 555 have made due report to the City Council that they
have qualified for office and have organized, and formed plans
for their improvement and have estimate costs thereof to be
within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the

Rock, Arksnsas as assessors to assess the benefits in said
district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that FJA14vdcJc '14_ ,

hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement District
No. 555 of the City of Little Rock, and they are directed to
take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be re-
ceived by each and every lot or other tract of land within
said district by reason of the proposed improvement.
