RESOLUTION No. 1552
,
VHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Street
Imnrovement District No. 550 of Little Pock, Arkansas,
has filed its report, together with an estimate of the
cost of the improvements contemnlated in said local
imnrovement district, and it appearing therefrom that
the estimated cost of the construction of said imnrovement,
exclusive of interest on borrowed money, is the sum of
P3200.00 , being less than 40% of the assessed value
of the real nronerty in the district as shown by the
last county assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: that said report be
and the same is hereby annroved and that the making of
the assessment for said imnrovement be undertaken and
that Pay P. Sanders, Rex C. Hall, and P. Hendon Murray,
each of whom is a resident of the district and an elector
of the City of Little Pock, Arkansas, be and they are
hereby annointed as assessors for said district to
assess the benefits to be received by each lot or block
1 or other subdivision of lands, railroad right-of-way in
said district, by reason of the proposed local imnrove-
ment therein.
