CHANGING THE NAIVE OF ARTHUR STREET FROM "Q" STREET
TO KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD, TO "LOMBARDY LANE"; GAR-
FIELD STREET FROM "Q" STREET TO KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD
TO "NORMANDY ROAD"; AND "Q" STREET FROM HAYES STREET
WEST TO THE CITY LIMITS TO "CAN'1'EELL ROAD".

WHEREAS, a majOlity of the owners of property residing in the
area to be affected have filed a petition requesting the change of the
names of certain streets hereinafter set out; THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, that the name of Arthur Street from "Q" Street to Kavanaugh
Boulevard be changed and it is hereby changed to "Lombardy Lane" and the
numbering on the houses or lots shall begin with number "1" next to "Q"
Street and continuing in numerical order to Kavanaugh Boulevard; that
the name of Garfield Street from "Q" Street to Kavanaugh Boulevard be
changed to "Normandy Road"; and that the name of "Q" Street from Hayes
Street west to the city limits be changed to'Cantrell Road" and the
numbers on Cantrell Road to be the same as those now on "Q" Street.
