RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING REPORT OF COIF ' ISSIONERS
ON PROPOSED IEPROVE yiENT FOR ANNEX NO. 2
TO STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 534
WHEREAS, the Commissioners for Street Improvement
District No. 534 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, report
that they have formed plans for the improvements petitioned for
in Annex No. 2 to said district, and that they have arranged to
have the work done bz,T the W. P. A. so that the property owners
will furnish materials only, and have ascertained that the cost
thereof will be $ /) .344S 22 which is less than 40% of the value
of the real property in the said annex of said district, as shown
by the last county assessment .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the report be
approved and the Commissioners directed to have the assessment
of benefits for this improvement made and filed with the City
Clerk.
