1537 RESOULTION
Whereas the Assessors of Street Improvement District No.
537 have filed their petition stating that they were in error
I in filing their assessment of benefits in said District and
they ask that they be permitted to withdraw their assessment
and then be authorized to reassess said benefits in said Ditt-
rict 537. Now therefore be it resolved that the assessors of
Street Improvement District No. 537 are hereby permitted to
withdraw their assessment of benefits in District 537 , and
that they are hereby authorized to reassess the benefits in
District 537.
