RESOLUTION ELECTIi1G ASSESSORS
FOR STREL'1' INPROVEi�YT: NT DISTRICT NO . *-/-7
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement District
17o . -SL471 have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be with-
in the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment
of L.H.Buis , 7+.C .Thomes , and A.M.Corley
all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors
to assess the benefits in said District.
NO'd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TEAT L.H.Buis
Fi .C.Thomas , A.M.Corley , and they are
hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement District
No. 1417 of the City of Little Rock, and that they are directed
to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be
received by each and every lot or other tract of land within
said District by reason of the proposed improvement .
