1531 RESOLUTION NO. 1531
WHEREAS , the owners of the real property on
the North side of Ninth StreEt from the intersection of
the North line of Ninth Street with the West line of High
Street and running West for a distance of 150 feet , have
petitioned the City Council to be allowed to move or set
back the curb line a dis tance of five feet at their ovn
expense , and
WHEREAS , it is for the best interests of the
City of Little Rock that this street be widened in this
fashion ,
NOW , THEREFORE , be it resolved by the City Council
of Little Rock , Arkansas , that the said owners be and are
hereby authorized to move or set back the curb line a
distance of five feet from the intersection of' the rest
line of High Street with the North line of Ninth Street for
a. distance of 150 feet at the expense of the petitioners ,
work to be done in a neat and workmanlike manner.
