RESOLUTION APPROVING COST, RETORT, ETC. ,
STREET rR'ROV ITT DISTRICT NO. 546
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WEIEREAS , at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Little
Roc's, Arkansas , held on the C3,10eg day of , �940,
there Was presented to said Council by g'j;5 4, , Chairman,
28 , Secretary, and " ,
Member, as Board of Inprovelent of Street Improvement District No.
546 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , their report , together
with their estimate of the cost of construction of the improvenen_t
contemplated by said Improvement District , and the said report ,
having been read in open meeting of said Council and said esti'o to
of all costs having been exhibited to said Council and to each
:le ter thereof, with the mill and complete explanation of all the
details thereof, and it appearing from said estimate that the cost
of construction of said improvement , exclusive of interest charges ,
is the sum of : 3456.00 , said sum being less than 40% of the assessed
value of the real property in said District , as shown by the last
County assess,:ment , as petitioned for in the petition filed herein,
and the Council being satisfied that the su:]e is a reasonable cost
for said improvement ;
NOW THEREFORE , BE. IT RESOLVED BY TrIE CITY C OU7C IL OF TEE CITY
OF LITTLE ROOK, AR NSAS :
That said estimate of cost and said report be , and the sane are
hereby , approved and adopted , and that said improvement be constructed
in accordance with the petition filed herein, at a cost not to exceed 2
$3456.00 , said sum being less than 40% of the value of the real
property in said District as shown by the last County assessment ,
as petitioned for in said petition fled herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , That i 1 4

appointed as the Board of Assessment of said Street Improvement
District No. 546. .
