Whereas , on or about June _il, 1940, the Pulaski Cir-
cuit Court directed that A.M. Fewell be restored to the
City pay roll as custodian of City Park and the said n.i:`.
Fewell immediately assured the duties of custodian of said
park and has continuously acted as such since that time;
and,
Whereas , the said A.Y. Fewell,.has not, dra,rn any Sala-

ry from the City of Little Rock for his 'services as such
custodian;
Therefore be it rEsolved ly the city council that

FF Rock, be and is hereby instructed and directed to place
the said A.M. Fewell on the City pa_; roll as custodian of
City 'ark as of Tune 1 , 1940; and the said George E.

said A.M. Fewell to the city clerk of the City of Little
Rock as such custodian 2or Payment of his salary from
June 1, 1940.
