WHEREAS, Mr. George H. Wittenberg was unable to take
his oath of office as Commissioner of Street Improvement District
NO. 536 within the ten days time required after his election,
it is necessary that he be re-elected as Commissioner of Street
Improvement District No. 536 .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. George H. Wittenberg
is named commissioner for Street Improvement District No. 536
and he is directed to take his oath of office, and duly perform
his duties as commissioner.
