RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STR };T IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement District
No.,64/ have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be with-
in the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment
of Cd.Farrior Y T. D. Talley , and
Mrs. Barbara iihinehardt .__, all duly qualified electors of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT C .N.Farrior
J.D.Telley , Mrs . Barbera RRhinehardt and they are here-
by elected as assessors for Street Improvement District No. 542 of
the City of Little hock, and that they are directed to take the
oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received by each
and every lot or other tract of land within said district by rea-
son of the proposed improvement.
