RESOLUTION EL'i3CTING ASSESSORS
FOR STRE T IMPROVES?ENT DISTRICT 51/
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. O have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be with-
in the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment

, all duly qualified electo2s of Little
Roc , Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that /de,

to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be re-
ceived by each and every lot or other tract of land within said
