RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IYYROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.S3`e
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement
D;strict No. 53? have made due report to the City Council
that they have qualified for office and have organized, have
formed plans for their improvement and have estimated the
cost thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and have
n recommen ed the appointment of WA-11-.

qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to
assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ltd, 14-aLa

they are hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement
District No. 63? of the City of Little Rock, and that
they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess
the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other
tract of land within said district by reason of the proposed
