RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING 'REPORT OF COI IS IONE ;S
ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT FOR ANNEX NO. 1
TO STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 534
WHEREAS, the Commissioners for Street Improvement District
No. 534 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , report that they have
formed plans for the improvements petiticned for in Annex- No. 1
to said district, and that they have arranged to have the work
done by W.P.A. so that the property owners will furnish materials
only, and have ascertained that the cost thereof will be 42143.95
which is less than 40% of the value of the real property in the
district, as shown by the last county assessment .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the report be approved
and the Commissioners directed to have the assessment of benefits
for this improvement made and filed with the City Clerk.
