RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR STREET
IMPROVEvIENT DISTRICT NO. 536
WHEREAS, the commissioners of street Improvement
District No. 53b have made due report to the City Council
that they have qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvement and have estimated
the cost thereof to ae within the limit allowed by law, and
have recommended the appointment of F. G. Brummett, Harry W.
Anderson and Mrs. Russell E. Albright, all duly qualified
electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the
benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that F. G. Brummett,
Harry W. Anderson and Mrs. Russell E. Albright rye and they are
hereby elected as Assessors for Street Improvement District No.
536 of the City of Little Rock, and that they are directed to
take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be re-
ceived by each and every lot or other tract of land within said
district by reason of the proposed improvement.
