1503 RESOLUTION NO. 1503
RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IMPROV.2 ENT DISTRICT NO.4-33
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. S35have made due report to the City Council
that they have qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvement and have estimated
the cost thereof to be within the limit allowed by law,and
have recommended the appointment of S.J. Jaggars, R.E. Keeton
and B.F. Saunders, all duly qualified electors of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEAEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that S.J. Jaggars, R.
E. Keeton, and B.F. Saunders be and they are hereby elected
as assessors for Street Improvement District No. S.of the
City of Little Rock, and that they are directed to take the
oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received by
each and every lot or other tract of land within said dis-
trict by reason of the proposed improvement.
