1500 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1500
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk a
petition to the City Council for the annexation of certain
territory to Street Improvement District No. S3 Vof the City
of Little Rock, which the signers claim is signed by a majority
in value of the owners of real property in the territory to be
annexed and attach thereto a certificate of the abstractor to
that effect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk
shall publish once a week for two weeks in some newspaper
published in this city a notice calling upon the real property
owners owning property within the territory described in said
petition to appear before the Council on the 2nd day of July ,
1940, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. and show cause for or against
such annexation.
