RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET ITv Pi OVEiv NT DISTRICT NO . 533.
JHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 533 have made due report to the City Council
that they have qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvement and have estimated
the cost thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and
have recommended the appointment of P. F. Davis , C. M.
Little t i . J. Chrestman, all duly qualifies electors
of Little Rock, Arkansas , as assessors to assess the benefits
in said district ;
N0'dJ, T _' RE- 'OR :, BE IT RESOLVED That F. F. Davis , C.II..Little,
; x-mmee and A. J. Chrestman be and they are hereby
elected. as assessors for Street Improvement District Mo. 533
of the City of Little Rock, and that they are directed to
take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be
received by each one every lot or other tract of land within
said district by reason of the proposed improvement .
