1496 R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
Section 1. WHEREAS- the El Co Nel Roller Rink has offered
to lease certain real. property from the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, said real property being located in Fair
Park of said city, said lease to run from the time the
lease is signed until November 15, 1940 for a total
consideration of twelve hundred dollars ($1200.00) ,
said amount to include the license fee owed by the El Co
Nel Roller Rink; and
Whereas said e'er is a fair and reasonable
one;
Now THEREFORE it is hereby resolved that the
Mayor and City Clerk of Little Rock , Arkansas are hereby
authorized and instructed to enter into a lease with the
El Co Nel Roller Rink and the proprietors thereof on the
terms as set out above.
