1485 RESOLUTION NO 1485
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street {improvement
district No. 532 have made due report to the city Coun-
cil that they have qualified for office and have organ-
ized , have formed plans for improvement, and have
estimated the oust thereof to be within the limit allowed
by law, and have recomended the appointment of C.M.Pritchard,
E.L.Wallen, and Ben M. Bogard, all duly qualified electors
of Little Rock, Arkansas , as assessors to assess the
benefits in said district.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that C.M.Pritchard ,
E.L.11/allen, and Ben Y. Bogard be and they are hereby
elected as assessors for street improvement district No.
532 of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas , ana that they
are diected to take the oath of officeand to assess the
benefits to be received by each and every lot or tract
of land within said district by reason of the proposed
improvement.
