RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING REPORT OF C 011+MISSIONExS
ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT FOR ANNEX NO. 1
TO STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 528
;TEAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 528 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, report
that they have formed plans for the improvements petitioned
for in Annex No. 1 to said district, and that they have arranged
to have the work done by W. F. A. so that the property owners
will furnish materials only, and have ascertained that the cost
thereof will be $2,600.00, which is less than 40% of the value
of the real property in the district, as shown by the last
county assessment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the report be
approved and the Commissioners directed to have the assessment
of benefits for this improvement made and filed with the City
Clerk.
