1478 R E S O L U T I O N
NO. 1478.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the CityClerk a
petition to the City Council for the annexation of certain
territory to Street Improvement District No. 528 of the City
of Little Rock, which the signers claim is signed by a majority
in value of the owners of real property in the territory to be
annexed and attach thereto a certificate of the abstracter to
that effect ;
NOW, THMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Clerk
shall publish once a week for two weeks in some newspaper
published in this city a notice calling upon the property owners
owning property within the territory described in said petition
to appear before this Council on the Sth day of �Jia ,Lry,___
19 14.0 , at the hour of 8:00 P. M. and show cause for or against
such annexation.
