A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR TIlE APPROVAL OF THE APPOINTMENT
OF T. J. GAY AS A MEMBER OF THE WATERWORKS COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Herbert L. Thomas has resigned as a mem-
ber of the Waterworks Commission of the City of Little Rock;
and
WHEREAS, T. J. Gay has been appointed to fill such
vacancy by the remaining members of the Board of Waterworks
Commissioners , subject to the approval of two-thirds of the
duly elected and qualified members of the city Council : NOW,
THEREFORE ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the appointment of T. J. Gay as a
member of the Waterworks Commission of the City of Little
Rock to fill the unexpired term of Herbert L. Thomas be and
the same is hereby approved.
