Mr. Ed I. McKinley, Jr.,
City Attorney, City of Little Rock,
Wallace Building,
Little Rock, Ark.
Dear Ed:
This will confirm my conversation of today with you:
As Trustee, I have bid in the Bentley property at the
Commissioner's Sale held in Case No. 42242, but the Clerk will
not deliver the Commissioner' s Deed until satisfaction has been
entered upon the records.
Enclosed herewith are two copies of form of resolution
authorizing you to satisfy the records. This letter is evidence
that neither you nor the City of Little Rock has received its
proportionate ( .2210) part of the remainder interest in this
property; and that I, as Trustee, will make remittance to the City
just as soon as this transaction is consummated.
Thanking you, I am
Cordially,
