1458 RESOLUTION NO. 1 +58.
WHEREAS: There are certain buildings in Fair Park
with are in bad state of repair, and
WHEREAS: Certain of these buildings are not worth re-
pairing and it would be to the best interest of the city
to have said buildings completely demolished and removed,

BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK
THAT, The Mayor of the City of Little Rock is hereby
authorized to raze any buildings in said park which in his
judgment should be razed.
