WHEREAS it is necessary to make certain changes in Om
Restuarant and Administration Buildings at the Municipal Airport,
And WHERBLA it is necessary to dismantle the present Adminis-
tration building at the Municipal Airport and utilize a portion
of the building now used as a restuarant therein, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the Manager of the Municipal Airport is hereby authorized
empowered and directed to notify the present occupant of the said
restuarant to move and vacate the premises on or before January 1 ,
1939.
