BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor of the City of Little Rock, and the Board of
Public Affiars is hereby empowered to ender into a lease agreement
with Kenneth Starnes in order to rent to the said Kenneth Starnes
g00 additional square feet of hangar space at the Municipal Airport
at the rate of Twenty WO) Dollars per month.
