1439 RESOLUTION # 1439.
HEREAS, there have been many complaints brought
before this council as to the disturbance created by the manner
in which property located at 2521 :. est 10th Street is used; and,
HEREAS, the said property located at 2521 :Jest 10th
Street has been conducted in such a manner as to by the cause of
loud and unnecessary noises; and,
WHEREAS, there have been arrests and conviction
of people dealing in un-authorized liquor at 2521 ,!Jest 10th Street
Little Rock, Arkansas; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
That the establishment located at 2521 (Nest 10th
Street , be, and t .e same is hereby declared to be a public nuisance
and the Chief of rolice is hereby directed to close said establish-
ment , and the city Collector of the City of Little pock is hereby
authorized and directed to revoke any licenses issued by it which
permit said establishment to remain in operation.
This Resolution being necessary; said nuisance should
be immediately abated as same constitutes a disturbance to persons
in the vicinity, and for that reason an emergency is found to
exist , and this Resolution is found to be necessary for the
preservation of the public peace , health and safety, and the same
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval .
