WHEREAS, Ir. a. P. Grace, £member of the Board of Co:a-
missioners of Street L orovaiuent District No. 504, has
filed his resignation, and
;r1REAS, there is a vacancy in said Board; and
HEREAS, Frank L. Adalas is a well-known resident
and property owner in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED, that Frank L. ndai,is
be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Board
of Luproveu:ent of Street Iruprovei eiit District No. 504,
and upon his execution and filing of his Oath of Office
with the City Clerk, shall be a member of said Board
