R E S O L U T I O N
NO. 1430
WHEREAS, Mr. Charles S. Watts, a member of the
Board of Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 504 is now dead, and there is a vacancy on said
Board; and
a:HEREAS, Yr. Roger Gould is a well known resident
and an owner of property in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Roger Gould
be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Board
of Improvement of Street Improvement District #504, and
upon his execution and filing with the City Clerk of his
oath of office, shall be a member of said Board of Im-
provement.
